At "Dichavao", we know how difficult it is to order merchandise online without actually seeing the goods in front of you.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns for within 30 days of placing your order.
We stand by our products 100% and we want to make your shopping experience the best it can be.
Once your return is approved, you will receive a notification email with instructions.
Please, keep in mind that we cannot offer free returns.
We will issue you a 100% store credit of your order value (what you paid before shipping and after any applicable discounts). You will be responsible to provide the return postage.

Returns items must be unworn/unwashed, in new condition and with all the labels still attached. We will not process your Return/Exchange if the items are not within these conditions upon receipt of the items here at dichavao.com.
If your items shows visible signs of use including, deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume, scents, hair, etc., we will not process your Return/Exchange.
Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number.
We are not liable for return packages that are lost, stolen in transit.
Returns are processed within 3-7 business days of being delivered back to our Warehouse.
If the return was due to an error of ours (for example, the item you received is defective), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return.

*If you received Defective, Damaged or Incorrect items, contact us within 5 days of when your package was received with a photo of the defect or issue to: email@example.com so we can fix it for you.
HOW DO I GET MY RETURN STARTED?
- If you haven’t created an account, create an account with the email you’ve used in your order.
- From yours orders menu select the order in which you want to request the refund and click on (Ask for return). You can request the refund of an item or the complete order.
If you can’t find your order in your account to initiate a return, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll link your new Dichavao’s account to your order. Please create your account with the same email with which you placed your order.

*Required- Include a Printed copy of your Order confirmation or your packing slip in your package that lists your order number and items that were ordered with us. When we receive the package in our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email.
WHAT HAPPENS ONCE MY ITEMS ARRIVE AT DICHAVAO?
Once we receive your items, We will send you a personal In-store credit code to your Dichavao´s account email. If you need us to send the code to a different email please include the email in the comments when placing your request, or let us know at email@example.com. In-store credit will be the exact price you paid minus the shipping cost.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE RETURN HAS BEEN PROCESSED?
When we receive your items, we will send you a notice of receipt by email, confirming the receipt of the package.
Within a period of 15 days of the reception of the warning of cancellation, we will process the in Store-Credit to your account.
¿DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE EXCHANGE?
You must cover all shipping charges.

RELATED SHIPPING CHARGES
If the Exchange was due to an error of Dichavao (for instance, we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the Return.
If the return is not due to an error of ours (i.e. you ordered it and then decided later on that you don’t want it), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs.
Please keep in mind that shipping fees are non-refundable.
CANCELING YOUR ORDER
We begin processing orders immediately after they are placed on our website.
If you need to cancel an order, you have a small window of opportunity to do so. You can send us a message within 1 hour of placing your order so we can try canceling it for you. We will make every effort to honor your cancellation request! If your order has already entered the production or shipping process, unfortunately, we are unable to grant your cancellation request.
Returns postmarked after 45 days o placing your order will be refused and sent back at the customer’s expense.
Please keep in mind that we offer 45 days to present your Exchange or Return. If you submit your exchange or return request after 45 days of placing your order, your exchanges request will not be accepted.
For international orders, if the return was due to an error of ours (for example, we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return. Please use Standard Mail. We will only cover the shipping cost for Standard Mail by issuing you store credit.
